This Privacy Policy applies to the Dog Identifier – Scan with AI mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). The App is provided by OneRack as a free offline utility with optional in-app purchases. It does not require registration, login, or any personal data collection.

1. Local-First and Private by Design

Dog Identifier – Scan with AI is built with privacy in mind. All processing happens locally on your device. We do not store, transmit, or share any of your images or scan results.

Your scan history, preferences, and photos remain on your phone or tablet. There is no cloud sync or user tracking — your data never leaves your device.

2. What Data Is Accessed?

The App only requests access necessary for its core functionality:

Camera or photos (to identify dog breeds)
Local storage (to save scan results and preferences)

This information is never uploaded or transmitted to our servers. All data remains securely on your device.

3. How Is Your Data Used?

Any image you scan is analyzed by on-device or cloud-based AI solely to generate breed predictions. No data is used for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

4. Third-Party Access

Dog Identifier – Scan with AI may use a secure cloud API to enhance breed recognition when necessary. All images are transmitted securely via HTTPS and processed in real time. We do not permanently store or associate data with any user.

The App does not include third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs.

5. Security

We prioritize your privacy and data safety. Any image temporarily transmitted for AI analysis is encrypted in transit and automatically deleted after generating a result. We do not retain or share your data with any third parties.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Dog Identifier – Scan with AI offers optional premium features via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
If a free trial is provided, any unused portion is forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
Refunds and billing are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies.
