1. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer its features, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

2. Data and Privacy

All data processed by the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit personal photos, scan results, or identification data to external servers. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. Scan Accuracy and Disclaimer

While Dog Identifier – Scan with AI aims to provide accurate breed recognition, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Breed appearances can vary widely due to crossbreeding, lighting, image quality, or angle. Users are encouraged to treat results as suggestions rather than definitive identifications.

The App is designed for educational and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for medical, professional, or breeding decisions.

3a. Breed Likelihood Disclaimer

Dog Identifier provides the most likely dog breed predictions based on image analysis, but this is not an official or certified identification. Similar breeds may produce comparable AI confidence scores. Always consult trusted sources or experts for verification.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, and source code are the property of OneRack and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, copy, or redistribute materials from the App without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from use or misuse of the App, including but not limited to incorrect breed identification or behavior guidance. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Dog Identifier – Scan with AI may offer premium features through one-time purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree to the respective payment terms of Apple’s App Store or Google Play:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
Refunds and billing are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
